Invalid Password

I keep getting this coming up

<03/10/05@16:17:40> [source] invalid password from laplinp 127.0.0.1

over and over and when I change the password in the shoutcast source in winamp and the DNAS config it still comes up with it but with the different password like this.

<03/10/05@16:20:52> [source] invalid password from ihatecharlie 127.0.0.1
<03/10/05@16:22:35> [source] invalid password from kickvampireass 127.0.0.1

And I have changed the password in both of them and it still doesn't work. Any ideas why?

did you save changes and kill server after you changed the password in the dnas?

if so try to copy the password from the dnas config and paste it into the dsp plug part.

see if you have more than one dnas running ( icontray)
if so close one or more

if not = www.radiotoolbox.com has an online portscanner
it could be an other service on your system is running on the same port.

I got this for port 8000

62.252.64.14:8000 is Closed

Reason Given: Connection refused
More about this error: This essentially means that the port is open to the internet but has no services associated with it. There is no firewall protection on this port.

Ok I changed the port and it then came up with the damned nak error. I know FAQ but I done everything in the FAQ, I don't have a firewall, I allow the port to go through, I don't have internet sharing and I don't know about NAT or ISP cache.
