RadioStationWebPage on Minibrowser

can be open minibrowser automaticly when users listening my radio ?
and minibrowser have to open my chosed webpage.

There is a way to do it but because of people abusing the minibrowser window I do believe using it will get you banned from the Shoutcast directory - maybe a mod can chime on on that comment.

yup, if you list yourself in the shoutcast yp then you cannot utilize that trick. You will be banned if you choose to do so.

If you choose to make your server private and unlisted then you can do anything you want.
