YP showing incorrect bitrate

I'd be grateful if someone could shed some light on this. About an hour ago, my stream host upgraded my stream from 96kb to 128kb.

When I go to my status page it shows I am streaming at 128kb but the YP is still showing the stream at 96kb.

Is it just a matter of being patient or has my stream host forgotten to do something at his end?

The YP isnt always instant (As you have probably now seen)...
