Winamp-Shoutcast-Twonkyvision-Foxytunes--New Post

(I asked this originally in Winamp forum and someone suggested that it sounded like a Shoutcast issue. So I am reposting it here.)

I use the subject software to play live365 Radio stations through a Netgear MP 101 wireless audio player. All of a sudden when I start up Winamp, Shoutcast doesn't automatically connect, even though that choice is selected under the Output tab of Shoutcast.(It opens with Winamp, it just doesn't automatically connect.)

Once open with Winamp I have to go the Shoutcast Output tab and select Enable at Startup and everything is fine and I can play the stations I choose. I also use Firefox and have Foxytunes installed. When Foxytunes starts up the whole mess it's the same deal--even though I have checked "Connect at Startup", it doesn't.

What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere that got goofed up? Is it in Winamp or in Shoutcast? Twonky seems an innocent bystander in all this.
