Ok,I have noidea on how to make a skin!!!! I was wondering if someone could make a skin for me? I'd like it to be blackw/yellow buttons and yellow stars

It would completely match the theme i'm going with on my pc.Here is an example of my background.I hope it works (i'm also new at posting ideas)
