How to redirect a winamp video stream?

Hi

I don't know much about streaming but I urgently need to know whether this is possible or not. Ok so say my friend is getting a video stream from someone and he wants to redirect the stream to me so I can watch the stream too, is that possible? And if it is possible please tell me what my friend will have to do to be able to redirect the stream towards me. Please note that this is a video stream with audio and I have to get both the video and audio.

Thanks a lot and any information will be greatly appreciated

sorry for posting in the wrong forum but could you please elaborate on that. "yourip" refers to my ip or my friends? See the situation is my friend A is getting a stream from friend B. What can friend A do so that he can forward the stream to me without friend B having any part in it.

Yes and nsv tools, I think you would be much better off in the nsv forum for this as I haven't had much experience myself of using video and audio at once.
