Winamp on Multilanguage Window

I'm using Chinese(BIG5) Window, but winamp shows ascii code in the winamp title instead of Chinese language.

Do you mean the actual window titlebar or the taskbar? The titlebar is a bitmap, just change it in MSPaint or something. For the rest of the program, a language pack can change that.
