No mp3 shown playing, no sound for listeners (Where is FAQ??)

I have MP3s playing in winamp, the Source is connected to the server, yet no one can see or hear the songs.
I know I seen a FAQ for this problem before, but now I absolutely cannot find it again!
Can someone please direct me in the right way? Thx.

great we now can see the server is up we can look a bit further,,,

check your recording mixer on your sound card is set to wave

make sure there are no wma files
