It is a little long to type out right here, but I have already done it on a few pages.

The other thing you can do is use a CD writer program like Nero (www.ahead.de) to write the MP3's direct to the CD in an audio stream...
I do this all the time to write audio CD's... It means I don't have to go through the two-step mp3-wav then wav-cd process.. Also, you don't need 500MB of extra free hard disk space to put all the wav files in...
