please please help my thick head !!!!!!!

hi i was wondering if u could posibly help?
i have got all the nesasery stuff for streaming but...when i fire up my server and log says 04/09/05@04:11:56> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 217.42.104.212:8090) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))....i have turned my windows firewall off ad pop up blocker and my other firewall is off. i now hove no clue it still says i am sending bites but i just get that. what am i doing wrong?? i have not clue what it mens by internet sharing or nat or isp cache please help as i am think as and should be blonde thank u

You broadband modem or router must be configured to do port forwarding...

If you look around here, you will certainly find it. There are three threads on this from today..
