I have a SB Live with a digital output on my PC, and whenever I try to record out of it from winamp my Sony 920 MD deck doesnt pick up the start of new tracks, like it does from my CD player.
Is it possible to make a winamp plugin that would turn off my sb lives digital out really quickly between tracks (although this would still make DJ mix albums suck) or send the track mark signal that ought to be put into the outgoing signal. I know this isnt anything to do with winamp itself but, as a billion people have SB Lives and a lot of us record it would maybe attract more users? ![]() Thanks |

I agree as i have an SB Live! too, and i also have a MD player/Recorder, and no matter what i use(Digital/Analogue) i have to put the track breaks in myself!
please someone fix this problem, maybe just put an option to put a larger gap between tracks? Drarok |

There is a plugin to add a pause, check out: http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/000086.html and that should fix it for you.

Actually having zero volume coming frmo the digital out doesnt solve the problem. It records the silence! How much does that suck?
