My friends can't hear my station?

When I give them the URL my connection says it eventually says "connection timed out"
any ideas?

Has your IP changed? Are the right ports forwarded?

comes up every minute on my Server Monitor, I use the IP from there

Ports www.portforward.com forward 8000 and 8001 on router and firewall. Instructions for both are found on that site.
If it still won't connect change yport=80 to yport=666 in your server_ini DNAS config.
This question is asked a zillion times a week and the answer was easily found in search.

by the time i see posts there ussally answered..on the weekend im the only full time dude around..yes you and your uber fast internet can have the weekend off!

still no luck - i can't get it working. but why? why does this appear on my server:
