I'll help you quickly on common sense. this is my advice so please read carefully.
Putting your phone number on a public forum is very stupid. Not everyone is 'nice'. Leaving an @ sign in an email address just about ANYWHERE online will pretty much guarantee you'll get spam in your inbox starting any time soon. If you must add an email address put it in the form of myname AT spamgmail dot com (drop spam) Anyone with a clue will then email yourname@gmail.com (having cleverly dropped the word spam). You'll also be free of the harvesters. See here http://www21.brinkster.com/rebelbagwan/spam.html As for setting up your radio, everything you ever wanted to know is already in the stickies and found using the search function. Have a nice day!

see my sign - bottom line and click on shoutcast FAQ
your problem is there and how to handle. Little sidenote - if you are using windows xp you DO have a firewall - windows comes with a build in firewall.
