Poptarts are meant to be toasted, though. |

Plus, they're called POP Tarts...You can't make them pop in any way if you put them in a microwave, making the worthwhile name null and void...

microwaves heat the water molecules in the food... i don't think there's a lot of water in a pop-tart... which explains why microwaving doesn't work very well...

The "3 second" instruction on Poptart boxes is generally a load of crap. It takes 3 seconds for most microwaves to "come up to speed" and just begin warming. I cook my Poptarts 12 seconds (for two), and they come out perfect.

Ok first of all i love cold pop-tarts they are the best. Secound of all my all- time favorite type of pop-tarts are the Strawberry Milkshake Pop-tarts. You can't Argue with that.

Pop Tarts are good if you're in a rush for something...
...but when I actually have time to sit down for breakfast, I would agree; Toaster Strudels do own...
