timed out
What does that even mean?
Random sites time out for no reason all the time for me, and it's freaking annoying. On a related note, I just paused a bittorent download and restarted my computer, but now I can't reconnect because the tracker is "timed out." 'm pretty new to using bittorrent, so this is the first time this has happened, but it's freaking annoying. On an only tangentially related note, the reason I had to restart my computer was because I just downloaded a game demo, which wouldn't-you-know-it doesn't even work on my computer. This is why I gave up on computer games a long time ago. They always require better hardware than I have, no matter how good or new mine is. I bought this computer last summer! It's freaking this years model... Why the crap can't I play lego freaking star wars on it? ...And the fact that it made me ruin my several-hour anime download is just crap icing on the freaking crap cake

I'm using a program called ABC. I hope it comes back, I'm leaving the thing in my queue. It's actually the only thing in the queue at the moment.

I'm on satellite, so I get time-outs all the time. It's nothing new for me. And I use ABC as well, but only if there's something I need that I can't get by any other means. I've found that if I want to surf, I can't use ABC at the same time because it hogs ALL of my bandwidth.
