Help with Server

Hi guys I just need some help with my server.

First I keep on getting that error that im blocked by a firewall/ISP extext.

Ive turned off my firewall
gone to countless website to config your router

* I have a airport Extreme*
I have tried to add a port of my ip adress :8000

any more sugjestions

I have a XP
