Napster downloads to itunes?

How do you convert napster downloads to itunes? Well remove the napster protected file format so you can convert it to a itune usable track for the ipod? Does anyone know! I was told winamp has some sort of tweak for this? I haven't found it or don't know if it is already just availible through winamp. If you know how this works could you share the info. I'll share all the tracks I have with you.
