Michael Jackson to lose his part of Beatles songs?

I know, I know, it's Michael Jackson. But, still, the man has owned a lot of the Beatles songs for years. His ownership even caused Paul McCartney to turn his back on MJ. Now there is a rumor that the collection may have been sold to a investment type firm. Do you think Paul is going to try and get ahold of the songs?
