ppl cant conect

[oasisinc]

hi im new...but i have this problem when my listners try to connect to my station it comes up with a error 401 unauthorized or sometimes this comes up error syncing to mpeg?

i have put oasisinc.selfhoste.com in the output address

but no-one can connect is there anyother address i can put in there im registerd with www.selfhost.com and im connected with them.
