Problem with NSIS_VERSION

Hello,

I compiled successfully the NSIS sources from 18/05/05, but there is a problem with the version number which isn't displayed correctly in makensis.exe instead of v2.06 we got the variable name NSIS_VERSION. The problem comes certainly from the integration of the version number in the Scons Script.
