REALLY!! REALLY NEeD HELP

a friends computer has 56k dial-up modem...and that modem must have some kind of firewall coz it cant connect and make/run the radio.{{he has no other firewalls or soft on his pc}}
i was wondering how is possible for him to broadcast...maybe if i make a server and he connect to mine i dont know i need help here

all can be found when you make use of the SEARCH FUNCTION this forum provides.

it's all there. and you cannot try to broadcast any higher than 24kbps when you have dial up

ps. great thread title , it give us straight away a clue on what the problem is ( sarcasm just in case you didn't get it)
