encoder settings help PLEASE

my DSP Shoutcast encoder settings are not all there ... once upon a time I had the full range ... now that I want to step up to 56k or 128k stereo I can't ... the encoder settings are GONE for anything stereo! I still have a range of settings from 24-56, all mono ...

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DSP, uninstalling, redownloading and reinstalling ... to no avail ... there are simply NO stereo encoder settings to be seen (even more bizaare, after uninstall and reinstall, the settings popped up with all the fields already filled in, as if they never left, as if it was NOT a new install, but I double and triple checked what and where)

any ideas or help would be MUCH appreciated!!!
