different ips

i have a problem...i got the nak error
] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<06/08/05@17:27:25> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: myip:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))

and as it said in another post, if an ip number came up i had to check my ips....i did....i went to whatismyip.com and then also into start menu-->run-->cmd-->ipconfig/all and the ip that appeared there is different to the one the website gave me.....what should i do!?!?
