AVI to NSV hint/packetizer

I drop here, like a message in a bottle , I desperatly look after some application that would hint/packetize a regular (vp3/mp3) AVI file out of VDub to the NSV streaming Shoutcast format

hope you get my message , otherwise I send an SOS

You could always transcode it. Decode, then encode with NSVTools.
