HI
Could anyone recommend a fairly cheap soundcard that they use that works well with shoutcasting? At the moment Im using a real cheap one which gives off an annoying whistling sound.

Unfortunately soundblasters dont agree with my computer and lengthy sessions with creatives technicians came up with nothing,Any alternatives?
