I am the first time used the wimamp i have try to make my own skin for my winwap. can someone please talk me the size in cm of 3 different area in the winwap bady?

Not sure what you're asking for, but the Skinner Atlas should help you out...

There is no point in size in cm for skins. Dimensions are measured in pixels.
