Shoutcast- New LINUX server not working.
http://65.35.225.222:8000/content/music.pls
It keeps on saying: Invalid resource! Even though it's there in my /usr/local/shoutcast/content, music.pls! And whenever I go to http://65.35.225.222:8000 It keeps on saying my server is offline, even though.. # ./sc_serv ******************************************************************************* ** SHOUTcast Distributed Network Audio Server ** Copyright (C) 1998-2004 Nullsoft, Inc. Don't know if it matters or not. Is there a playlist creator for linux?] |

Ah. I thought it was sort of weird I didn't have to have a winamp (like) thing open. So I used sc_trans_linux.
After configuring some files, I think it's working. Does anyone know of any good mp3 players that will work with shoutcast (LINUX) |

The content difrectoy does nut support playlist files, just MP3s. The PLS files are generated automatically by Winamp.
As well, include the trailing slash on the content directory location. |
