Html Code For Make A Request And Shoutcast Stats

I just put together a radio station. And I was wondering if somebody had, or could make me a code for the shoutcast stats and make a request in html coding? This would be a big help, thanks.

Have you been to the shoutcast toolbox??
have you used the search function this forum has , to search for such a script??

come on , put in some effort yourself first, than ask.
