Not funny. And most of them weren't even that annoying.

#1: The women thing, yes, but since I'm a dude, not really.

#2: The memory card and controller thing doesn't faze me at all since I'm a Nintendo guy and I didn't spend nearly as much as I would have had I gotten an Xbox or PS2.

#3: I played the Sims [1] for all of five minutes before I realized it sucked, so I'm not annoyed.

#4: Never bought a Sega console, so not annoyed here either.

#5: My memory card has total time playing counter?

#6: If you don't enjoy the game in the process of unlocking all the crap, then don't play. Most of the stuff is useless anyway, like collecting all the trophies in Smash Bros. Melee.

#7: Can't catch everything in beta testing. Plus, as I see it, if the patch is free and it adds to the experience, then go with it.

#8: Don't watch them. Usually, you can skip them. If not, then do something else in the meantime, like getting off your ass.

#9: Phone games are fun. Many a bus ride has been made enjoyable through intense putt-putt (sp?) competitions on a buddy's cell.

#10: That's why I don't pay that much attention to the hyping but rather to the review.

What is annoying, though, is linking to something through your blog.

YES, BECAUSE THEY'RE ADDING FEATURES, YOU MORON. THE FACT THAT IT'S AN EVER-CHANGING UNIVERSE THAT YOU'RE PLAYING IN NOT OCCUR TO YOU THAT MAYBE ONE WOULD NEED TO ACTUALLY *DOWNLOAD* THOSE CHANGES TO THE UNIVERSE, OR TO YOUR CLIENT WHICH RENDERS SAID UNIVERSE? OR PERHAPS THE IDEA THAT IT IS MONUMENTALLY DIFFICULT TO DESIGN A SYSTEM WHICH IS COMPLETELY-BUG FREE FOR THE INTERACTION OF LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF CHARACTERS IN WHAT SIMULATES REAL-TIME?
