Output to other streaming encoder

First, to get out of the way...
I'm not looking to do something illegal.
I'm not looking to record other's streams.
I DO NOT want to record streams...

Is there any plugin that can output my stream to
a web cam emulation. That way I can use another
streaming GUI to "LIVE" encode and stream to
other formats.

I think I could use this process to output / encode
stream to flv and then stream in flash.

That kind of brings me back around full circle.
I should have mentioned I am using Win98, P3, 128 Memory (Another upgrade soon).

This method brings me back full circle.
I might as well start with flv...
The idea is to stream both nsv and flv.
Using a screencapture will greatly deminish
the performance, and hence video quality.

I want to skip the bulky screencapture process...
I know it can be done, I thought audio
ShoutCast used to have a plugin that would out-put...
Then, the stream GUI "encoded" and streamed it.
( Way back then... )
