skin previews

i remember the days when nullsoft was boasting with its bandwidth (-> nullsoft tv public ftp), so i was wondering why the preview images of submitted skins are so poor. if i take my skin, i wouldn't wanna download it judging from the washed out screenshot. i also do plugins and there it's me who decides what quality the preview images are.

Same for skins now, you can upload your own thumbnail/large image.

Older skins in the database use their old submission screenshots, it was easier to do this than update 10000+ skins with new screenshots.

it possibly doesn't work when updating old skins then..

edit: it possible doesn't work when you're too lazy making a new screenshot and use the old winamp.com-generated image.. sorry
