JKAudio Broadcast Host + Behringer UB802 Mixer

Hey all, I need help.
This is not working as intended.

I was following how to build a studio post, and now I'm trying to get Phone interviews. I have the mixer, and I have Broadcast Host.

I have an Altec Lansing Headset with boom mic, it works on the PC but the mic won't work throught the mixer. I also do not know how to get sound from the mixer, back into the Broadcast Host.

If anyone has this setup, as I've read it in a few place, could someone help me get this working. From the mixer, do I use "Sterox Aux Return" to go into the Broadcast Host?

What headset witth a boom mic can I use on this so I can talk to whomever is on the line, hands-free?
