modified media library searching

is there a way to make the media library search field work so if the results show up in the comment of the id3 tag it shows up

for instance, if i was to type in SRV in the search field and have SRV in the comment tag i want it to show up but i want to leave the artist field just saying "Stevie Ray Vaughan"
