im having problems with casting and jingles

1) i cant find a decent jingle making software that is really easy to use

2) when using winamp it makes my mic REALLY quiet, but when using another program ( like Sam3 its fine )

3) i need a decent program to stream with > i have sam3 but i dont think it has the abillity to stream sounds from another program like winamp can do
