AAC connects to server but won't transfer data

I have one computer Athlon 750 512RAM. I'm running the shoutcast server on a seperate machine. When using the new plugin I try to connect to the server using AAC Plus (Shoutcast DSP 1.9.0) whether my source material is the sound card or local mp3 files, it appears to connect to the server, but does not transfer any data and after 30 seconds the server disconnects because it thinks it's getting a dead feed.
I have run the plug in on a seperate machine and succesfully streamed aacplus to the server. Also on the machine that is having the problem the mp3 stream is able to connect and stream properly. It just appears when trying to use AACPlus.
Any ideas?

set the recording mixer to a line that can hear the music you wish to stream

it is giving a no data error as it is more that likely set on the wrong line eg mic or sw synth ,

shoutcast > input tab > open mixers > select your source line (wave or stereomix)

Okay, a bit more information. There seems to be a problem with either Winamp or the DSP plugin becoming corrupted through use. I discovered the problem is not on the server end as I was able to connect and properly feed a AAC Plus feed to the server from another machine. On the machine that I was having the problem with I tried uninstalling the DSP plugin and reinstalling it, the problem still persisted, but there were still remnants of the DSP present after the uninstall because when I reinstalled it, the settings were still present for the servers I was previously logging into. I then uninstalled the DSP Plugin and uninstalled Winamp, and then manually deleted it's directory. I then reinstalled Winamp and the DSP plug in. Everything then worked fine again, however after stopping and restarting the feed several times over several hours the problem resurfaced. Again uninstalling the DSP plug in, Uninstalling Winamp and manually deleting the winamp folder, followed by a reinstall of Winamp and the DSP plugin resolved the issue. My conclusion is there is some sort of corruption occuring. The only additional note is I was using two encoders one feeding a server a mp3 stream, the other feeding the AACPlus stream.

...the saga continues. I think I may have found what the problem was. One of my collegues had changed the input on the DSP from 44100Hz Stereo to 22050Hz Stereo. This seems to kill the AACPlus feed. Doesn't affect the MP3 stream, but causes the issue of a feed with no data being sent to the Shoutcast Server. Maybe somebody can explain why this does occur? Is AAC Plus only able to take the 44100Hz feed?
