first time using shoutcast help with some things

I've download the winamp, the shoutcast plug in, I've do what the readme file says but when it says about the output configuration I choose output1 and in connect it says adress, station ID (can't write in that station), port:8000, passwordsomething written),encoder:1, what do I have to write in the adress?that password is good?how can I get the IP of the shoutcast server?how can I get my IP?how do I get a link to give to my listeners to listen to my radio?
