Is there a plugin to upload file on server.

This is my case:

I have a program that needs to be uploaded on a server. The installation itself is performed on the remote server and is done via web.

What I need is an installer that may FTP files to any given server and lunch Internet Browser with given URL.

Can any one tell me if NSIS is capable of performing such a task.
