where's my broadcast?
i've got my server in the background online. and i've got winamp open with shoutcast, but i can't find my broadcast at www.shoutcast.com, why? what have i to do when it is open? or what is the link where friends can listen to my broadcast? please help me. the log file from the server shows no errors, too.

Okay - no errors in the logfile is always good. Do you see "Touches" to the shoutcast yp every 5 minutes or so?
If you do, then everything's working on your end. The directory can be flaky some days, and it will normally take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes for it to pick you up anyway. I find the best way to stay listed is to broadcast 24/7 |
