Spy hunter beat

I heard a song and it has the beat to the old spy hunter game to it. It sounds sort of like 60's mod squad, groovy Austin Powers with out the silliness. Big horns in it and loud high pitched singing. Real catchy tune and people know what I'm talking about but can’t name the song.

It’s not Franz Ferdinand or the stripes
