Doing Dual Shoutcasts

Hi, I was wondering how you can do a shoutcast with multiple people for shoutcasting matches, like having 2 people connected to the same server, I would need to hear the other caster, and he would need to hear me, but we would need to be speaking into the same server. There are a few other methods, but they sacrifice quality, so Im just wondering how you guys do it, like through ventrilo or what ever, Thanks.

ya i know that, but how can i have 2 people broadcast, like over a voip prog, or something like that?
