Okay, I usually stream audio with shoutcast, and it works fine, but now i want to stream video how do i do that?
please help me out

I DID DOWNLOAD ALL THE FILES IN THE PAGE, BUT THAT DOESNT SHOW ME HOW TO CREATE A VIDEO STREAMER, DO I HAVE TO DO THAT USING WINAMP?

You don't use Winamp to stream video.
