Help?! Ip troubles
I've been running a shoutcast server for a while.. but now all of a sudden I can't go into cmd prompt to find out my ip when the last 3 letters change. (my internal ip, the one I need to make my server public). When I run ipconfig, it pops up but I can't tell what my ip is because right after it shows it it quits. I can't figure out how to make it so I can see my internal IP. Can anyone help?

Start>settings>network & dial up connections
right click Local Area Connection, select properties, you'll see this http://sp0rky-n00b.co.uk/staticip/latcp.gif choose the one you see highlighted, select properties and that is where your internal IP lives. If you're set to grab one automatically, you'll want to set a static one. http://sp0rky-n00b.co.uk/staticip/ has clues if you scroll down a bit. |

Looks like a windows problem to me, is your network card connected right?
take a look at your network config- double click the lan part and look at the support tab. Darkwave radio 24/7 -- ----------------------------------- Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music. www.irnb.nl worldwide station on the net for all people |
