WINAMP caused an invalid page fault

Somebody help me!!!!! This is what happens when I try to run winamp on my pentium 133 w/32MB of ram.

WINAMP caused an invalid page fault in
module WINAMP.EXE at 0137:00410ebd.

try reinstalling it - just sounds like a bad install to me.
