NSV Streaming Plugin for Winamp

with most of the NSV tools still in a "CLI" has anyone considered the idea of creating a sister plugin to odd socks one that streams audio to a shoutcast server and to Icecast.
the plugin could also encode live and stream to server but mostly i was thinking that it could sream static files to the server. it seams that winamp is much easier to use as far as playlist creation / control.

Ken made one as well : nsv.no-ip.com
