winamp jumps about screen in w2k

I am running W2k build 2195 on a celeron400 with a riva TNT vid card AWE64 and 128mb, it's only a small problem, but when winamp is minimized to just the little bar it will always automaticaly dock onto the active window, resulting in it jumping round the screen a lot, if I have the playlist open that stays where i put it!

Weird... any Ideas?
