This has been here as long as I remember, when the main window is in winshade mode, and the main window is inactive, the bottom of the active window warps up to the top of the inactive window, to see this glitch, simply put it in always on top mode, then winshade mode and click inside and outside of the titlebar, try it with various skins, it is on all of them, when the top is the same as the bottom, you can't see it though. If you're a skinner, you'll know wich one i'm talking about
