Error initializing database->can't open media library!!??

suddenly I can't open my media library anymore!!! It has a grey background instead of red and sais 'Error initializing database !!!

' I don't know why-I've tried to solve the problem by myself-restarted computer and so on... please please help me!!! ....in easy language-cause I'm german
