WAV volume ...

When WinAMP starts or gets to the next song the WAV volume is turned to zero and I don't want to turn up the volume after every song so what can I do about it.

it sounds like you have the eq set to auto load eq presets. turn off the auto feature on the eq and your problem will probably go away.
