Old Winamp versions?

Where can I get the previous version of winamp? I have 2.64, and I can't stand it!

It won't tell me the connection progress when I open a shoutcast station. It used to give a percentage, now there is nothing! I can't stand not knowing if I'm 2% or 98% done connecting.

This is not a bug. The connection progress window was explicitly removed because this was what many people had asked for in the Wish List Forum.

Now the connection progress window will only pop up if Winamp is in focus at the time when the Shoutcast link is being initiated. But most of the time you'd click a Shoutcast link in a browser and the focus will remain on the browser. In such cases, Winamp will instead display the progress on the taskbar title at the bottom of the screen.

Lesson: Watch the Wish List Forum closely and object loudly to any ideas that you don't like.
