Lightbulb Simple plugin license included

Hi all,

Just in case a GPL or LPL is to heavy for a NSIS plugin you created, hereby attatched and idea for a simple plugin license.

No reason to have sleepless nights anymore, worrying someone is after you because your plugin killed his PC. After you include the license with you NSIS plugin

If you have abetter better license, please respond to the message here.
